Shipping Information
Orders are shipped through USPS + UPS.
Ground Advantage transit time: approximately 2-5 business days
International: approximately 1-3 week delivery
Processing Time
Our current processing time is currently 1-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any/all customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Address Issues
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at bluespringssoapco@gmail.com immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update it for you. Once an order has been shipped out, it is no longer our responsibility and you will need to contact the shipping agent.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can issue you a refund or reship it to you but you will be responsible to cover the additional shipping cost.
If your shipping address does not exist when we are attempting to ship it out, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address. The order will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours if we do not hear back from you.
Combining Multiple Orders
We will automatically combine any orders that are placed under the same name and shipping address. If you would prefer for us to not combine your orders, please let us know same day the orders are placed by emailing us at bluespringssoapco@gmail.com.
